Andrew provides supervision to Social Workers and Psychosexual Therapists in private practice and in government roles within NSW Health. Andrew utilises a critical reflection framework and strikes the balance in supervision between support and challenging for professional growth. Andrew has training in supervision through NSW Health and the University of Sydney and has been supervising colleagues at all levels from students to senior social workers for many years.
